The print looks insane. You did a great job Randy. The finish is also excellent. I'm going to order two sets asap hoping they will be available.

Keep up the excellent work!

While going through some of my old 1/43 kits this caught my eye so I took a picture of one wheel.  Made by Provence Moulage in the 80's or maybe 90's.

If you are looking for 1:43 scale items,  there is a good chance that   https://www.grandprixmodels.com/   will have it.  Their search engine is not the greatest, but they carry oodles of 1:43 scale parts.  I have bought from them in the past. They are in UK, but no problems shipping to USA.

I ordered 2 sets.  Im thouroughly impressed!!!!  Just received them yesterday, and the shipping was fast as well.

Now i need more Molotow Chrome to do them, lol

Mine arrived today (the 1/24s), and they look fantastic. They will need painting, though. Does anyone have any thoughts on how best to prime (presumably?) and paint these things without losing the incredible fineness of detail?

best,

M.

Hi Matt,

Glad those got there,  my orders going into Germany and France are all messed up.

I have had good luck with Tamiya Fine White primer or Mr. Suffacer 1000.  I have then gone with gloss black and Spatz chrome.  I also have air brushed Molotov Chrome right onto the primer.

I ordered a set of 1/25 and got a shipping notice literally minutes later. In 4 days they were in my hand and they are just as beautiful as expected. Can't beat that!!

Outside laced Boranis would be correct for most racing Ferraris of the 60's. Love to have some for the GTO, Testa Rossa, etc.

Will these wires be coming available again in the near future?

If you send Randy an email asking about the wire wheels you are interested in, he will usually email you when he gets some in.  That's what I did awhile back when I asked about a couple of the Historic Racing Miniatures resin kits he had listed.
