Walter "Waldo" Lure (22.04.1949 - 22.08.2020) . 

He was the last surviving member of Johnny Thunders & The Heartbreakers ( one of thee premiere R&R bands during the 'Punk' --- a title which Thunders despised --- era ) . The band's infamy started in NYC in 1975 , and was further fuelled by an invitation to London in 1976 for the ill-fated Anarchy Tour .

Walter cleaned-up his act , having worked on Wall Street --- while playing a dichotomy role as the guitarist of one of the most infamous bands ever .
