catpack68 Posted November 23, 2008 Share Posted November 23, 2008 (edited) our club had another 1 day build.this time we were allowed to add parts or modify our kits.i built the revell 68 firebird kit.the color is testors firey orange lacquer.the clear is duplicolor lacquer polished out.i added a scale motorsport carbon fiber decal stripe to the center of the body.the outside stripe was hand painted orange.the interior color is krylon"make it suede".the rollbar came from kit.the wheels are from aohsima.i cut the fronts down and the front tires are from a revell tuner kit.i added a f.i. unit and valve covers from the amt 70 chevelle kit modifed to fit the kit engine.the air cleaner came from the revell 59 corvette kit.our club is planning on having another 1 day build again soon.thanks for looking.
