randman
Tamiya TS-14 Gloss Black and TS-30 Silver Leaf for the body. MCW 2128 Red for the chassis and interior. This one is strictly box stock. The decals are 25 years old and an absolute nightmare. I tried the silver decals and knew those weren't going to fit the front bumper curves so I ended up painting the silver and creating the red stripes from clear decal film and the leftover MCW paint. The decals silvered like crazy but I was able to salvage them. TonyK
Very nice looking model! I wonder if you clear coated the decals it would've helped? I've done that with old decals and it seems to save them. Anyway, you did a great job with them.
bbowser
Nicely done! Don't see many of these built. Great job saving the decals, I know that can be a stressful part of any build.

ABNSPR
Very nice. Just finished a truck and used some of the these decals for that build and you are exactly right they are a nightmare. Especially the tires on mine. So I will say again, very nice.

These are some bad as looking trucks and hav definitely inspired my C5R Silverado under whip pickups. Thanks for sharing! If you have an other of those kits I would love to get my hands on one, the only nascar I would love to build!
