need  help  from our   European  model  truck  builders. I  am  building a  Mercedes  Actros    on the   battery  box    there looks like  some like a   conrol    valve and   two other  items  what  are  they.

2   where would  the  air  compresser   be also located and  the power steering pump

and also what is  the  tank located  just  above  and just  forward  of the  drive  axle
