I ordered one of these from a diecast source. I'm goal is to combine this 1/24 diecast toy with one of the Revell kits and see if I can  build a new Blazer kit. The wheels/tires don't look all that terrible until you look at the back. It looks like I might be able to use the frame if I shorten it slightly. If so, I can ditch that bogus chrome engine for the more realistic Revell unit. 20211217_150922.thumb.jpg.711d92bc35945222534df4337b5bac33.jpg

It's definitely getting repainted some kind of orange with a black top. Its also a prime candidate for those Aoshima wheel/tire sets. I'd like to put an earlier (76) grill. I'm hoping that works out.

Well after a little diecast grinding, I was able to fit the earlier grill but not perfect. Watch out this stuff can get quite hot when you take the Dremel to it. Ouch!20211217_173840.thumb.jpg.e49d8524f27aaddaf4b8f4bb82bc0eef.jpg
