My name is Tommy and I'm new here on the forum.

Here is some pics of my custom duallie that I built about 10 years ago before I stopped building. I used two kits to make all the stretched body parts including the tonneau cover and I added some stuff from a couple of other kits here and there. I'm now trying to get back into building again and hopefully I'll have some new stuff to post. But for now here's one of my past projects and I'll post more of my others as I gain my comfort here. Thanks.

1) The truck

2) The phantom grille

3) The stereo system

4) The rear seats are folded forward for easy viewing of the stereo system and there's also a drink in the cup holder.

5) The exhuast tips which are actually the taillights

6) Inside the bed and the tonneau cover

I love this idea, I got one in my head, and I actually tried this a few months ago but the cabs didnt come out right. But good work on yours!!

May I suggest using photobucket to post images rather than attachments. There is a tutorial here.

Thanks for the comments guys!

I'll look into the phototbucket thing. I've never used photobucket on other forums (non-model related) I frequent since those sites will host photos without issue. ;)

EDIT: I got the photobucket to work (thanks Clay B) ) I just figured out how to remove the thumbnails.:P

Wow! Can you imagine the turning radius on this thing if it were real. Wild build. I like the idea. Nice job!

Bernie

Thanks for the comment, Bernie! :D

HAHA, yeah, turning radius. :) Good thing the wheels stay straight ahead on this build. :D

I dunno what happened to my pics earlier :o ....There were gone and I don't know why  ......but I got it fixed. :P

That truck is is sick

Thanks, evil c! :D

where did you get the grill? sick build

The grille.....? Hmmm....... I wish I could remember. :) I kinda think it was "Model Car Garage" Phantom Grille PE kit. it was my first PE install. If I ever find the label to the kit I used I'll pass on the info. I wouldn't hold my breath on that, though.

WOW...so looooooooooong

Nice looking Interior

Uwe

Thanks Uwe. :) I focused on the interior some since this is basically a curbside build with no chassis or engine details. I figured the interior would need a little more dimension to carry its own weight against the visual dynamics of the body and all. :D Edited by fordh8r
