Aftermarket bodykits,front ends etc.

Do any of you guys know of a site where I can buy body kits, or whole front ends for kits made by Tamiya,Aoshima or Fujimi? I would liek to be able to mix and match parts without buying whole kits. Any help is appreciated,thanks.

there was once from the U.K. a company called Scale Auto Style that produced resin body kits, hoods and parts for many different Tamiya, Revell and other kits. they have been out of business already a few years i think. the body kits and hoods were copies of 1:1 aftermarket companies and were pretty nice and well done, but had alot of pin holes to fill and flash to clean off before use. i also have some of the tires they did, but they eat styrene rims like you wouldn't believe.

if you want different body kits then they only way i think at this point is to buy the different Aoshima, Fujimi, AMT and Revell kits that have them in the box. the Revell kits usually have some nice options right out of the box and the AMT Supra kits were done with at least 2 maybe 3 different body kits. Aoshima seems to be leading the pack with kits done with typical aftermarket body kits and rims too.

I agree!! I've built several of Chris' transkits and theywere pretty cool to work with. The tires were AWFUL on the styrene rims though; just as Dave mentioned.
