Trying to add pictures

I have been trying to add some pictures of my finished and on the bench models, but the site keeps kicking the back saying to big. How do I make them smaller. I have them on my photo bucket and my computer. Either way still says to big. HELP

Try this Tutorial, it really helps, but usually the problem is trying to show them how to work their cameras
