Revell 1957 Chevy 150 utility sedan.

I've had this kit since they came out. I finished it last year. I don't know how accurate it is but they go together real easy. I like the black&white combo on this model. Tamiya Spray lacquers black and pure white were used. Top coat of TS 13. Straight out of the box.

Thanks for having a look .

Oh, that is so nice! Revell really captured the nuances of the complex curves of the front view of the '57. The grille/surround/bumper  looks just right on this model, and I especially love how your model sits. Is it straight from the box with regards to the stance, or did it require tweaking? Great build!

Oh boy Mario.....we got a Looked here.  I like the 57 150 series.  Great job.

Thanks Bob, I agree, the 150 series is a nice departure from the usual Bel air line (which is just as beautiful BTW).

Thanks Rusty,

it is box stock, I did not tweak anything, the parts all lined up perfectly.

Looks cool Mario of the famous "Black Widow" '57.   I've had 2 in waiting for over 2 years....need to get one done.

Great job!!👌

Thanks Mike,

if you haven't open your kits, I heard that the first run they released back then had a few kits having the wrong body, they had the bel air instead of the 150, it was quickly fixed but that would be a bummer. Hope you got the right one.

Beautiful looking build. This and the Bel Air sedan parts are interchangeable, and you can make just about anything you can imagine. Your pictures look like someone could walk up and drive this away.

I have not opened the kits. One is the older kit before the re-issue and the other is the re-issue ,  I'll have to check.

Beautiful build Mario, and great color choices - the black and white with all that chrome looks so formal on this style car. But, above all - I love the way you photograph your models. You've even got the shadows down pat! Thanks for posting.
