you can find pin stripe decals in the finger nail section and various foil tapes that are a little thicker than bmf. sometimes there are also nail decal sets that include the pin stripe art as well

Photo etching in the trade is named chemical milling. There are companies out there that specialise but will require the artwork generally to be supplied as a 2D Cad file or ready to use.

By pinstripe decals are you needing something along the length of the body or some sort of a design feature? Gofer Racing Decals offers some interesting decal sheets.
