Bad experience with Hoppin Hydros…

Hi… I don’t usually do this but I’m upset… I placed an order online last month, and received it rather promptly. When I checked the contents I noticed there was a set of wheels missing. I checked the order and shipping list and there were 2 sets ordered, but only received one. So, I try to reply to the messages about the order but no answer. I went to their site and made a complaint thru the “contact us” link, again nothing… it’s been 2 weeks since this started and so far nothing… Well that was it, thanks for your attention…

I received an email yesterday … Supposedly a set is on the way…waiting for the missing wheels, I’ll keep you posted…
