You really need to warn people to put on some sunglasses before the look at the frame color. That is bright alright.

Okay, main color is down.

Tropical Glitz "Coral Reef" over Splash Paints 2k white primer. 

Still deciding if I want to shoot some pearl on it....and if so, what color?!?

Maybe purple pearl?  ?‍♂️

Hi Derek, Wow! Yep that’s a pink Caddy. Looking good. I like the idea of purple pearl, although it looks really good as is. I’m guessing this will be down in the weeds based on the rear inner fender removal. Looking forward to seeing how you progress.

Took a break from this build to do Tom Daniel's Red Baron. 

Now the 59 Cadillac is back on the board.

First up, finish up what I can on the chassis, then on to the interior

That is looking extremely nice- my vote would be let the base coat metallic shine through clear. You could do test sprays with clear pearl/purple pearl on spoons or a scrap body, but it would be a shame if it subdued the brilliance of the metallics already in the base coat.

Yes, I've been testing on spoons.

I haven't decided if I want any flakes or pearl to the base coat yet.

And yes, leaving it as is is also a real option. ?

So, I mentioned that I would change up the dash just a little bit. 

I really wanted to bring it to about 1979 with a Cassette Deck.....

Not everyone will agree with this, but I like it.

I'll probably throw a Cassette tape on the trans hump or something.....
