Hello Claude! Another amazing year in styrene for you my friend. I truly love all your builds sir,(not just this year’s). This year, I have to be honest, a very easy pick for my favourite is the Boothill Express. Wicked cool!! Keep ‘em coming!!

Happy  New Year

Cheers, Steve

Killer paint work! Love them all

Hi Steve!

Thank you. I try to pay great attention to my paint jobs, and I won't surprise you if I say the vintage funny-cars are the most demanding... I'm currently painting an ultra-rare Gas Rhonda long nose Mustang FC, a lucky find at a model show. The livery won't be stock, however, but rather a fantasy racer. More soon on this forum.

Happy new year to you!

Hi Steve!

Thank you. The express was in my stash for a while, and brought back memories of my first attempt at it, way back when the kit came out (Oooops... not getting any younger!) Only, this time, I paid a bit more attention to details.

I'll post a few creations that I'm currently finishing in the coming weeks. Stay tuned, and a good modeling year to you!

I love em all! Can´t choose a favorite...🤙 Interesting hinges on your bonnets too. Can your show how you did it on the golden hot rod? Would really appreciate it!

Hi Andreas!

Nothing facy: an H shaped center section, about 2 cm long, with small Evergreen tubes at each end that pivot on a shaft of corresponding size. Simple to do, but takes time and precision. You should try it!

On this particular 33, the center of the H is indeed a flat Evergreen bar: makes for a sturdier hinge, and can be detailed with beveled holes and chromed with Molotow. Here you go!

All very nice, but that Fulmine Di Sodio is one of my overall favorites of the year!

Thank you Ismael!

Happy you like it. I must confess that I threw everything at it, but the kitchen sink. It came out satisfying, ultimately. Another member of the Flat Earth Society!
