rrb124@sbcglobal.net
Cool everywhere. Would be fun to display it with the body a few inches away on jack stands. The frame and running gear are super.
David G.
That's one scary machine! It looks like a go-cart sporting a V-8 ! 😮 Fabulous work so far, I can't wait to see how it all comes out. David G. 1
Ace-Garageguy
Glad to see this one moving forward again. Coming together nicely. The little Fiat altereds have been some of my favorites since I first saw one back in the Pleistocene. 1

But I like the idea

larman
Your model is so very cool! I wish I hadn't seen this because I wasn't going to buy the new Atlantis kit, but now I will have to! Will need to swap the Ford engine for a Hemi though......

Seeing as you mention the '60s, how about a true survivor built in 1963 from a Revell double kit. It cost me almost $3.00 for the kit and a can of spray paint. That was 6 weeks allowance back then. Had to replace the wheels a couple of times due to the tires melting them. Yep, same tooling as todays Atlantis' Fiat.

Limeyglue
Update. Got the paint done. SMS pearl white base with Tamiya pearl yellow with SMS Inca gold patterns and fogging. Letting it dry for a couple of days and then a few decals and clear. Thanks for looking Lee
