Cool everywhere. Would be fun to display it with the body a few inches away on jack stands. The frame and running gear are super.

I'm building a custom painted Chevy van with trailer for a big show here in November. But I like the idea

Your model is so very cool! I wish I hadn't seen this because I wasn't going to buy the new Atlantis kit, but now I will have to! Will need to swap the Ford engine for a Hemi  though......

Glad to see this one moving forward again. Coming together nicely.

The little Fiat altereds have been some of my favorites since I first saw one back in the Pleistocene.  :D

Seeing as you mention the '60s, how about a true survivor built in 1963 from a Revell double kit. It cost me almost $3.00 for the kit and a can of spray paint. That was 6 weeks allowance back then. Had to replace the wheels a couple of times due to the tires melting them. Yep, same tooling as todays Atlantis' Fiat.

LOVE it. Biggest smile I've had all week.  :D

Update.

Got the paint done. SMS pearl white base with Tamiya pearl yellow with SMS Inca gold patterns and fogging. Letting it dry for a couple of days and then a few decals and clear.

Thanks for looking Lee
