Well aaaaaaaaaaaaallight!!! My favorite aircraft of all time....the Fw190. This will be A LOT of fun to watch. What paint scheme are you going with?

I like the scheme of "Black 5" as it's got some serious mottle pattern on the sides. That's weird to see an A-8 with a centerline bomb rack but anything was possible in the latter years of the war in regard to German aircraft.

Ok mounted the wing assembly to the fuselage,had a few fit problems and I ended up with gaps at the wing roots as well as the lower wing )fuselage joint that required putty

Ok as usual the 3M Automotive Spot Putty dealt with the Seams after wet sanding with 320 grit wet/dry sandpaper

I decided to go with the black 5 paint scheme so I painted the airframe light blue ,although it was not necessary to paint the upper wing surfaces as they will receive the light green,/black green cammo.

I made a paint shield for the yellow cowling ring.

I've been missing alot of progress on this one Philip. Work got in the way as I came home totally beat the last few weeks. Looks like you're nearing the finish line brother.
