i hate testor paint jars

so i was opening a bottle of tan flat testors paint little jar, and it wasnt stuck or anything but i started to open the jar and, get this the jar explods glass in my fingers paint every where, does anyone think it would do any good to complain to testors this was just crazy!! but im okay dont worrie guys back to building on about 30 min

I've never heard that happen before. I have had them stuck on to where I had to use a pair of pliers to open them, but never broke any.

it may have been damaged when you got it at the store.

That could have resulted in several stiches.

I have an inch long cut across the top of my pointer finger from a jar of Testor's Ford Engine blue that broke. I also now have a small dot of blue tattooed in my finger as a permanent reminder. Admittedly, I had the lid in a bench vice at the time, so I always thought it was my own stupid fault - but maybe not. I am impressed that you guys managed to break glass jars with your bare hands though!

This is actually quite timely as my finger has been sore for several yeasr since that incident, and just last week a tiny piece of glass broke through the skin. I pulled it out with tweezers and now my pain is gone!

man thats crazy guys, its stuff like this that you dont ecpect to happen, and it makes you angry at least me cuz i have to buy another jar of paint and it puts my model on hold grrrrrrr
