Hard_2_Handle_454 Posted March 25, 2023 Posted March 25, 2023 Wanted another Honda ever since I got the S-800. They're cool little cars. The kit is pretty nice, but there was a fit issue with the chassis and drive shaft. Took forever to get it looking right. Extremely frustrating. Still it came out looking nice. Phildaupho Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 Excellent. Your model brought back memories of the day I saw one of these Hondas in the teachers parking lot and was blown away when I found out it belonged to the my chemistry teacher who was the last person in the world that I would suspect as the owner of such a cool car.
Miatatom Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 Cool looking model. I knew a guy that used to vintage race an 800 with Vintage Drivers Club of America. It had a roller crankshaft and could rev to 10k or more. It screamed.
rrb124@sbcglobal.net Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 Very rare car. Good to see this. Like the engine and bay. Thanks for this. Who makes the kit?

I know it's different from the one I got before in that it has the engine and is just the 600 model. The other kit I had was for the 500, 600, and 800 models. I tossed the box out so I'm not sure.
espo Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 Great looking paint finish and chrome trim. Like how you detailed the engine, even with just paint detailing it looks great.
happy grumpy Posted March 27, 2023 Posted March 27, 2023 Great looking little car. Great job on the paint.
Bainford Posted March 27, 2023 Posted March 27, 2023 Nice little sports car. Looks great in red. Well done.
