mr hobby clear over tamiya laquer  is it more shiny than tamiya clear

I use both of them and they look pretty much the same to my old eyes.

how about testors wet look laquer clear

I've had issues with Testors wet look clear. I stopped using it because the last two cans I bought seemed closer to a flat or semi gloss clear rather than a high gloss. Tamiya TS-13 and Mr. Color are superior clear coats in my opinion.
