HI EVERYONE ,HERE IS MY NEW PROYECT FOR 2009,HASEGAWA FERRARI 250 TR .I HAVE THIS KIT FOR AROUND 6 OR 7 MONTHS IN MY WORKBENCH TO BUILD IT AND NOW ITS THE MOMENT .THE KIT HAS A VERY FINE MOLDING FOLLOWED BY A WELL DETAILED INTERIOR AND CHASSIS.THE ENGINE IS GOOD BUT NOT COMPLETE SO I DECIDED TO REPLACE IT BY ONE WITH MORE ACCURACY AND BETTER LEVEL OF DETAIL .I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW ENGINE FROM HISTORIC RACING MINIATURES ,THE ENGINE COMES WITH EVERYTHING,IT COST AROUND 45 BUCKS .THE WHEELS ARE FROM KA MODELS AND THREE DETAIL SETS WERE ADDED.,ONE FROM KA MODELS,STUDIO 27 AND RENNAISANCE,I ALREADY ASSEMBLED THE WHEELS AND TIRES AND IM WORKING IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT TO FIT THE NEW ENGINE SINCE THE ENGINE HAS A LITTLE DIFFERENCE IN ALLIGMENT WITH THE ENGINE MOUNTS ,IT WILLL BE RELOCATED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.I HOPE YOU ENJOY THIS BUILD ,VERY SOON I POST MORE FROM THIS GREAT KIT,THANKS!!! <img src="http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

well i was check the fit of the engine,as you can see there has a little fit problems .so i started modifing just a little the engine mounts.,the mount ill be relocated just a little backward to set it just right on the center of each engine bases and of course the lenght of the engine was check it too.there no problems with the lenght ,it sits just right compared with the kit engine.

Thanks for the input on the engine fit problems. Like Ismael said, you will probably have yours done before me too.

I'm converting mine to the Phil Hill winner with the full fenders and the trans-axle. Just finished converting the rear end. I had to guess at what the engine would look like at the bell housing. Anyway, here are a couple shots of mine.
