Take yer time Marshall. Gives us all more time to play with ours, instead of lookin' at yours ;)

Funniest thing ;) , been havin' trouble with my Fotki, not being able to post up pics 'n @, so what

do I do? I goes back to the bench and gets busy! So, yeah, take yer time.........but HURRY UP! :P

Don't rush me Cap'n!!!!    Sorry to hear about your Fotki album. I use Potobucket. There's been only 1 time I've had a problem with it, and that was when some NoNads had hacked into the system, and knocked out Photobucket for a couple of weeks. Hope you get it fixed soon, I like seeing your work!

NICE on the 12 cylinder Hemi

Here's one I did a few years back with a Jimmy 18-71 blower.

I used 10 cylinder Viper exhaust and added one xtra "Leg" to each side.

dave

Ah!!!! So you're the the person I need to give credit to!!!! It was your build that inspired this build. I saw that car in a magazine a while back, and thought it would be cool to build something like it. When my friend Jim gave me this kit, the first thing I thought of was your build, and how cool it was! so here is the inspiration of your work Dave.... SCARY? ISN"T IT!!!! Thanks Dave!

Did some work on the rear fenders tonight. I used some Evercoat 2 part polyester putty on them to mold them in. Here's some pics....

Still need to add some more putty, then smooth it out completely, but it's looking better.

I'm starting to get the engine together. I first had to scratchbuild some motor mounts for the car. Here's a couple of pics....

With the motor mounts attached, I painted the engine yellow, attached the valve covers, painted them black, and added 3- 4 barrel carbs to the supercharger....

Hey Marshall

Crazy build you got going there, what's the chances of it being ready for our show in North Little Rock on the 25th? Hopefully you are planning on making the trip.

I seriously doubt it'll be ready Jon. Plus the fact I have to work on Saturdays doesn't help either :D Thanks for asking though. If you happen to have plans in advance for another one later in the year, give me a shout about a month in advance so i can ask for the day off, and I'll come on down.

Thanks for the compliment on this build!

I decided to remove the valve covers that were on the engine, and scratchbuild a set for it. This is the first part of it.

The base of the valve covers....

More to come....

I scratchbuilt the valve covers last night, but they didn't come out as well as i had hoped, so I re-did them tonight. I was wanting to get a good arch on the tops, and I think they came out much better the second time. Each valve cover has 7 separate pieces. Here's the new and improved parts....

Thought I'd have a little fun with this build, so I scratchbuilt an intake scoop for it. Here's the pics....

It looks pretty good on the engine I think. It'll go through the hood, Which I have an idea I want to try on it. I'll have another update later tonight....

Looking good Marshall, but with that much engine and those tires, that frame sure is looking weak! You are gonna have to be carefull when you get on it, its gonna get all twisted up and put you in a wall! LOL Jim

Thanks Cap'n. Unfortunately, I won't be able to do anything with it for awhile. I injured my hand day before yesterday, and now I can barely type. Thanks for your support with this build, and hopefully I'll be able to get back to it soon.
