tiking Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 (edited) Working on this diorama has been a pleasure. Trying new weathering techniques have also yielded good results without spending am arm or a leg on many weathering solutions( although, they help beginners). Hope you all like the results of this build. Edited October 8, 2024 by tiking 8

TarheelRick Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 Excellent work, very nice weathering. Is that a WalMart shopping cart stuck between the trees? I am going to have to go back through these pictures later, when I have time to just pick out the details. Thanks for sharing.

cholmes1 Posted September 1, 2023 Posted September 1, 2023 Outstanding artistic achievement - The diorama looks excellent
Anglia105E Posted September 1, 2023 Posted September 1, 2023 This is one of your best dioramas Charles . . . So much to take in at one look, so I will go back through your photos to discover more! The three trees coming together, form the resting place for the vehicle, and the real tree stump is perfect as a base for the whole scene. Where did you manage to find a SWB Land Rover model, as they all seem to be the LWB version ? David

John M. Posted September 2, 2023 Posted September 2, 2023 The level of detailing is off the scale Charles. Thanks for sharing it.
