This is by far the best Harley Davidson Chopper kit of all categories in terms of style, design and correct parts.
I and many with me would love to see a 1/8, 1/12 in the same style, original frame with cast parts, generator block, springer or telescopic fork, star hub, Andersen pegs, Bates saddle, dog bone risers, Bates lamp etc. Given how popular these Panheads are today, they should be able to sell provided they are buildable and stable which they should be able to be with today's technology. Small variations could produce several different kits.
In short, Revell, see the facts in the link below.

Are there any pictures of the Z28? Is it the same old kit with the T-Tops or does it have a solid roof?

I believe so.  There were pictures in a thread from months ago somewhere on here..  appears to be the Monogram 1/24 3n1 kit with a solid roof and other changes.

I am an active contributor to Scalemates and correct mistakes I encounter during my genealogical research when I come across them. Many of those corrections come from threads on this very board.

I do the same. When I uploaded my stash, there were a few kits I had that were not in the database. I put forth the effort to help out others.

I will definitely buy a few Blazers and Camaros.I want to do replica of my factory 4-speed 79 Z/28 hardtop which was my first car with the new Stranger Things Camaro kit.

Agreed 128%, dudes. The all-new Blazer is a must-have, I've always wanted to build a T3 van, and the Camaro is a sweet variation on a classic kit most of us have built 1000 times. Just like Pokemon, we gotta catch 'em all!

Has anyone seen the new Blazer? I just hope they got the proportions correct.

I have no access to the Scalemates site.
But here is one timeline I have noticed are wrong or incomplete so I did a more correct one in this thread, these kits are listed all over the place on Scalemates and in two different scales but they all are based on the same tooling and should be on the same timeline as they are basically the same kits except for some added parts and some parts deleted for the different versions.

The same goes for the Revell Germany different versions of the Peterbilt 353, 359 and Marmon kits, they are all based on the same tooling and should be on the same timeline.
And I'm sure there are many more examples, but these two comes to mind right now.

Luc, are all these going to be in 1/24 or some other scale?

Read that the old race cars will be 1/32nd scale, old Matchbox maybe?

From the blog:

"A new range of products called the ‘Historic Racer Series’ will include models of historic racing cars, all in 1:32 scale; the Mercedes-Benz SSKL (07737) will be released in February, the Porsche 917 (07738) in March and the Surtees TS16/03 (07739) in April."

The 3D rendered images are of all new 1/24th scale kits.

From the blog:

"07723 1:24 Lamborghini Revuelto, The CAD is complete and tooling is underway, we plan to launch the product in Quarter 3 2025. As you can see from the images below we will have a detailed interior/engine bay.

07827 1:24 Fendt 728 Vario Tractor (easy-click) Design is finished and tooling is now underway!"

Cheers

Yea, I thought some of that artwork looked familiar. AMT released them in North America too.

The three 1/32 kits are definitely the Matchbox tooling. That’s not to say they are bad or out of date, especially in the 1/32 market where there are very few state of the art kits. I’ve done the Mercedes and the Porsche and they build up very nicely. For the Porsche specifically, the biggest issue in the old one was the decals, but a new release will come with brand new decals and likely resolve that problem. There are aftermarket sets for the Donohue/Follmer L&M cars if you’d prefer one of those to the iconic Martini livery. The Surtees is an oddball… not very successful and in the range because it was sponsored by Matchbox in period. You have a couple of colour options for the livery, but that’s about it…

best,

M.

I fixed the W900. ?

I just looked and they all are on the same timeline now...but also the Revell snap kit W900 Aerodyne, they are not "related" to the full detail kits.
Yes the 1:25 scale snap truck kits are issued by Revell now, but they are a different tool from the Revell Germany full detail glue kits and were in fact developed by Monogram 1982 and should be afilliated with them, so they should have a red line from the Monogram timeline to be correct.
The Revell Peterbilt 359 snap kit is also not related with the Revell Germany 353-359 kits as the snap kits are from Monogram tooling.
Likewise with the 1:16 scale Kenworth W900 and Peterbilt 359 kits, they were developed by Monogram and first issued 1981-82, they were later issued under the Revell and Revell-Monogram name, but it's originally Monogram tooling and should share the timeline with them.
History on kits can sometimes be difficult as they are often issued under different brands due to buyouts and reboxing of other manufacturers kits, but if you can keep track of the different issues and what tooling they are from it's easier.

Most likley when Lesney Corporation who owned Matchbox also owned AMT, 1978-82-83.
It seems like Revell bought the tooling in the early 90's.

Thanks for that! I'll have to get one. Maybe they'll do a GMC variant later and do the blue and white one from Jaws II. I already have plans to get the Blazer, the VW, and a Camaro. It looks like the Camaro might be easliy turned into an RS.
