I noticed that with Gloss Rustoleum paints, if i apply a coat of mr hobby or tamiya paint over it, it begins to crack and wrap the paint. I let the paint dry for 5 days, and it was not tacky to touch so i assumed the color has fully dried off, but when i sprayed a mr.hobby paint over it, it began to crack. Does mr hobby / tamiya paint not like rustoleum as a base paint? I noticed when I used a flat color it doesn't seem to have this issue. I used rattle cans for this, but ive noticed even when air brushing it does the samething

I applied a light mist the mr.hobby surface white paint then came in heavy afterward. THis usually has never caused me and cracking issues, but im assuming at this point rustoleum paint and tamiya / mr.hobby dont mix very well
