Oldschool297 Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 (edited) I got a old one. The most parts seems to be avaible. But i thought it was more beauty with the engine visable. Is there any value in these? No manual in the box. The arm that holds the left back wheel is in 2 parts. I may find a black plastic stick and glue them together. The wheels could be rolled even though 49 years age. Even the steering wheel worked. There seems to be a damaged part on the last photo. To the left. steveracer Posted November 28, 2023 Posted November 28, 2023 You could rebuild this quite nicely. I believe newish unbuilt kits are available, still wrapped from Tamiya, and aftermarket decals are available to resurrect this one. I rebuilt the Ferrari 312B that was in worse shape than this, and it turned out very nice. Go for it!
Oldschool297 Posted November 28, 2023 Author Posted November 28, 2023 Thanks. Any manual on the web? I do not know what is missing.
IanH Posted November 30, 2023 Posted November 30, 2023 Manual should be the same as this, just the livery is different I believe. https://www.scalemates.com/kits/tamiya-12017-yardley-mclaren-m23--122859
