Silver K-S Mercedes

Hello. How can I get this beautiful silver finish? I'll need it for when/if I do this Fujimi KS Mercedes and I'll certainly need it if/when I find my Honda Insight toy car.

What year is that car?

If it is older than 1991 it looks like Astral silver (OEM paint Code DB735). 1992 and newer, it would be Brilliant Silver (Paint Code DB744)

If you use an airbrush, I can get it for you.

If not. Try a parts store for touch up paints. Or try

Thank you, but I do not YET have an airbrush. This is one thing I'm itching for the more I work on model cars, the more I want one. I was very lucky with my RX7's finish coming from a rattle can, but I bet it'd look ton's better if airbrushed.

If/when I get the airbrush and the model kit, I'll let you know about needing those paints! Thank you for your info!

that mercedes looks like a 92 s-class? right? are those bmw z3 fender grills on the hood? it would be brillant silver. i like new 2008 mercedes silver. its a lot brighter!

Not sure what year this Mercedes is. I can possibly check with KS's website and see if they have info on it.

thats quick. i have used automotive touch up paint to achive a that silver. but something went wrong and the paint bubbled! but the part that did not mess up look ok with out cc.

the company maisto that makes diecast cars from 1/64-1/12 scales. they had mercedes and porshes painted brillant silver.
