Left hand drive dashboard part for Aoshima Toyota '88 GX Mark II

Hi,

I'm writing on behalf of my modeler friend. He has bought the Aoshima Toyota '88 GX Mark II in 1/24 scale. He'd like to build the car with left hand drive but the kit only has the right hand side dashboard part. Does anybody know if there are alternative parts available on the aftermarket.? If not, what would be the easiest solution to the problem?
