Tamiya 1/35 scale British Jeep

British North African WW 2 Jeep. The included figures seem to be to large for the Jeep, out of scale ?

I always liked how much "junk" that kit has, but simply never cared enough for the britts to model them

But, it is early Tamiya, so scale issues come up often.
