This started out as a OOB but then I got this silly idea to build it as a custom Oz rig so here is the start of that silly idea.

Engine will be changed from the kit one to something else BUT not sure yet what it will be.

As I said and is shown above & below the Aussie influance.

Oh and if you're wondering what that is the Sky Blue colour with the stars and the Oz flag on the roof top deflector.

Yea I know a sill idea but hey it works for me and trucks aren't built to a code, they're built to the owners ideas.

Got too ask a question about now, like why have you painted the chassis, when you aint put ALL the bits on it ? When you go to stick the rear end on it, you now got to scrape the paint of the chassis, seems like a waste of time painting it, when it's only half put together.

Cool color combo!!!

The completed kit will be fantastic. Seeing yours I think that I must restore my.

Just a tip, if you are going to use the bull bar and you would like to have a model with a tilting hood (very nice V8 you have there), bull bar holders will must be modificated in order to let the hood to tilt. if you follow the drawings there is a mistake which is let the modeler to glue the bull bar holders and after that the hood cannot be tilted, but if you modify the bull bar holder, first the bull bar tilts and then the hood.

Waiting to see more...

Thanks for the help on the bull bar but I am actually replacing it completely with an Auslowe bar and is different to the kit one so no worries there but thanks anyway it was very kind of U to int that out as I would have made that mistake if I was using the kit bar. Oh yea by the way Kosta sorry but all kit builds have come to a stand still for now as my wife is into her cluster migraine headache period and it could last until the end of May beginning of June.
