Fieldguy06
Just finished up the 2004 Dale Earnhardt Jr Daytona 500 winner, this is a Revell Kit with a resin nose from Henrik Ludwig. This build is part of a special project and I can’t wait to show everyone next week the final project details. This build also has many many parts from Jaye’s Model Garage, if you haven’t bought any parts from him please go and do that, they are designed beautifully and really add a lot of detail to a build. The paint is from splash paints, along with their 2k gloss clear. There are plenty of things I wish I could’ve done better on this build but this is my first completed build since my surgeries in January and March, my hands are slowly getting better and hope to continue to elevate each build.

MarkJ
Wow, Dustin. Such a great detailed and nicely weathered build. Excellent job adding the resin nose. I think a lot of people pass on doing this car because they don't think they can handle that part of it. Your skills keep getting better and better. Glad to hear you are healing nicely from your surgeries and this model is proof of that. Oh yes, and the Harley J. Earl trophy is a really cool addition to the build. Was that scratch built? If so, that is really impressive.

Mark the trophy is 3d printed and I got a bunch of them off Facebook from a guy, I also got the trophy for Pocono when Jr swept both races in 2014, also got the 2001 Pepsi 400 trophy when Jr winning the baseball car.
