olmadmodeler Posted June 4, 2024 Posted June 4, 2024 Here's a 1/25 Buggy I just finished. Tried to replicate one I had in the early 80's changed the roll cage, front end, seats, steering wheel, new moon tank, bikini top, lots of extra engine parts added, lug nuts, valve stems, much more fun build. 8
TarheelRick Posted June 4, 2024 Posted June 4, 2024 Is that a kit or did you scratchbuild the frame? Either way, very nice build. BTW, who is the sweetie on the 4-wheeler?
olmadmodeler Posted June 4, 2024 Author Posted June 4, 2024 Thank you Ricky, other half. started with a 3D printed frame but had to modify it a lot to make it it look close to mine.
espo Posted June 4, 2024 Posted June 4, 2024 Great looking Sand Rail. Used to see a lot of these around Pismo Beach when I lived in that area. I had a Baja Buggy at that time. Always enjoy building models of past cars and trucks that were special in life.
TonyK Posted June 5, 2024 Posted June 5, 2024 Great looking diorama. The details and weathering of the entire display are done perfectly. Nice job!
