Thought maybe it was just a freak accident bought another same BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH. Bought a newer white kit but have not opened it. The 55 us my favorite of the tri 5s n i wish i could find a good kit.

Well Tony the 2 white ones I have (and the one here I built) still leave a lot to be desired.  I'm more a '57 guy but all Tri-fives work for me.

Hi Tony, I built the old AMT/ERTL 55 street machine which I found to be quite good. First picture is the one I built. The second is the 2018 release.

Cool build. I had read in another mag that that kit was not very good either. But after seeing yours i may have to pick up a couple. Thanks.

Thank you David.   I also built the kit you reference and as I remember it's an easier build than the one here.

Here's mine like that I did
