It will be similar to the unit in the picture,but not quite exact,,,,lol,I'm using GSMT's Mack Granite CV713 cab kit,,,close but not exact,,I have the Revell 1/25th Kenworth wrecker kit,,and the AMT R685ST Mack tractor and some FDNY decals,not sure what I'm doing for an engine ,,, no MP7 or MP8 resin or 3D out there that I know of....I could use the Maxidyne out of the R685 kit,,,I do have an Auslowe Cummins ISX laying around!!,hmmm ??   ##modeltruck## (globalscalemodeltrucks.com)   Revell/Monogram Model Kit Kenworth W900 Wrecker VG/Mint - Picture 1 of 1

Thanks Dom ,I've been working part time now for VCI as a driver ,lately I've been shuttling new Horton /Ford F550's Rescue Medics  to the FDNY shop in Queens ,,,I saw it there the other day ,,that lit the spark,,,I shoulda taken a pic ! ....next time

Got the Mack Granite cab kit from Karl today,,looks good ! Also some PPG FDNY Red and White right from Horton. Still waiting on decals.I ordered Jamies E7 and an Allison I got 2 builds going on ,,the Green Hornet AWB Plymouth and I started the new Moebius A990 Coronet,,when those are done I'll start diving into this

Scott, that’s a nice part time job, I’d rather stay in jersey than drive in NYC, esp with a new rig! They had an electrical fire in the queens shop  last week. From what I read , not much damage though.

Dom...I go 287-Outerbridge- Staten Island-Verrazzano-BQE-LIE West to 1st exit -Starr Ave FDNY/EMS Shop ,,,,,,not to bad .Horton is only supplying the Rescue Medics,,Ford F-550's/6.7's that have had a frame stretch .....longggg truck!  Wheelcoach is delivering the regular rigs,,, I was in Queens last week ,,,didn't see anything in the shop,but I only walk half way thru to the office,,if it was a Horton I  would have heard something.The new Hortons are replacing the International MV's

Charles,they hook the axle lift/tow bar to the towing eyes that are attached to the frame rails,they protrude through cut outs in the rear of the body ,,you can see it in that video.Most all fire trucks have them now so no underneath damage is done
