Everything is looking good Ken.  Love that interior color.  That tamiya transparent blue over the silver don't look half bad either.

thanks Bob. the paint was hard to get even coverage.

got the headliner painted and the windows put in. interior has been installed along with the wheelwell skirts and firewall, and it was installed to the chassis.

got the grill, headlights and wheels mounted in that order. the headlights are a pain to set when the front tires are in the way.

G’day Ken, this is looking excellent, I’m keen to see the finished product. My 32 isn’t as advanced in the build process as yours, so I’ll bear in mind that the headlights are troublesome to get fitted.

I'm impressed with how even the paint looks.  I once tried the clear blue over a silver base and it was so uneven I had to strip it and paint it red.  *L*

Your hot rod is looking good!

What was your approach to painting the headliner?  Did you mask everything off and spray or brush it on?  It's an area I've been slack in and wondering about different approaches other than simply leaving it body color.
