RDean58 Posted November 16, 2024 Author Posted November 16, 2024 Got some updates, wheels are painted and rear axle is in. I guess I did something right as it sits level. I'll detail paint the wheel cross flags later and I have to check if all the tires are heading in the right direction. 1
espo Posted November 16, 2024 Posted November 16, 2024 Like the color and it looks like the tires are pointed in the right direction. Always a bummer to find out after final assemble that one or more are wrong. 1
Monty Posted November 16, 2024 Posted November 16, 2024 The '84 engine offers a number of detailing opportunities, but it will require some of your Model Master Metalizers or equivalents thereof. Done correctly, it can really stand out. Depending on your skill and inclination, you might also be able to fab up some of the basic lines seen above. Private side whine: every C3 kit MPC made had poseable steering, but when Chevrolet rolls out a 'Vette that can do 1G...nope.

The new Vette does have pose-able steering, or at least it looks like it does. Haven’t gotten that far on my builds yet.

Can-Con Posted November 17, 2024 Posted November 17, 2024 The wheels and tires need to be swapped side for side Rob. Both are backwards as they are now.
