johnyrotten Posted November 28, 2024 Posted November 28, 2024 Just now, FLHCAHZ said: I don’t know if it’s the same or not. I appreciate the offer! I think I’ll leave it alone though No problem, with something sentimental like this, I don't blame you in the least. It looks great, your father had a good vision with this one. 1
FLHCAHZ Posted December 3, 2024 Author Posted December 3, 2024 I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Ok. Back at it. The GTO has been cleaned up and polished. Up next is the Ford The Z28 vert is missing too many parts to make whole, so I sourced one off the Bay to build as a tribute Also looking for wheels and tires for the 57 Chevy, if anyone can point me in the right direction. I’ve already started cleaning it up some
johnyrotten Posted December 3, 2024 Posted December 3, 2024 Hope your Thanksgiving was good, very nice job on the gto, I've got the same year one to build someday. Classy looking ford, it looks like it'll clean up nicely. 1
FLHCAHZ Posted December 4, 2024 Author Posted December 4, 2024 Here we go. I don’t think the door handles were ever installed. 1
FLHCAHZ Posted December 5, 2024 Author Posted December 5, 2024 I found some Camaro wheels and tires in the parts box that work, and I think they look pretty cool. All cleaned, polished and ready for the shelf. the last one is the 97 z28 anniversary. As I mentioned before the one in the box he gave me is missing too many parts to be put back together. I’ll do a separate WIP for that one. This has been fun and brought back some fond memories, thanks for following and the nice comments. 1
