Monogram 34 Ford reassembly

Picked this one up locally falling apart so it's going back together,looks like someone put the 60s body on the 70s chassis.

I have a set of rims from the 60s 40 pickup that could go on this to get rid of the 70s look if I can get the wheels of the axles without destroying them.

I like that choice, the front here isn't too bad, but the offset in rear, nope. Otherwise it's a good looking car.

I will reassemble except for not gluing the chassis back on, going to look for another chassis and suspension so I can use the 60s 40 pickup wheels.

These are great looking cars, and not too bad of kits. I rebuilt a ZZ Top version a while back.
