Just got this one finished up.  I pulled the tri-carb setup off the Rocket 303 cu. in. and went with a two 4 barrel setup and wired the engine.  Wheels are from the parts box and the visor was scratch built.  The swamp cooler is from our good friend Les (stitchdup) and worked out Great.  Body paint in Tamiya TS-64 Dark Mica Blue then I airbrushed Splash Paints 2K Urethane clear over the Dark Mica Blue.  All the bright work was airbrushed with a really thinned down Mr. Color Super Chrome Silver 2 and gave it an Ultra Black Chrome affect.  All the bmf was pretty much a disaster as it was an old batch that didn't want to stick and would tear if you looked at it. I tried to repair some spot with not a good outcome so I left it as is.  It is what it is guys but it's done.

Bob, that looks very nice! I like how you get into these projects and just keep pushing to the finish line despite some hills and valleys that get in your way. And I have to say, every time I see one of your builds lately, they just seem to be getting better and better Imo! Great work man!

Beautiful paint finish and the color almost looks black depending on the light. Like the engine detailing. The swamp cooler and visor are nice addons.

Hey that’s really nice, man, I read that those cars were sorta like the first in the muscle cars genre

Thanks man.  Yeah, that Rocket 88 303 engine was a power house.

Another nice one from you, Bob. As said above, you almost always seem to pull these potential disasters back from the edge with luck (or maybe it's sheer determination? 😉). Very well done!

I appreciate it Buddy.  Thanks.

Very sharp build of one of the best kits of the 2010s IMHO.  Thanks for sharing!  TB

Thanks Tim.  I'm with ya on that man.
