Ken the frame looks good. I like how you numbered the Air bag set up great idea. It will look better now I think with a shorter WB.

Shorter chassis definitely looks right, especially with an Aerodyne. Looking great so far, you're a braver man than me opening the doors.

hinge material came today for the cab doors. some cutting and trimming will be needed. they are rc airplane piano hinges.

Ken, Have you got a link to this hinge? Was curious of the size.

thanks Steve, and yes one wrong knife slip and you can ruin the door or cab.

dreamworks model products. the size is 12mmx400mm. measured in total width including the mounting flanges. I'll be posting more pics when I get back to working on the cab.

I was going to run air lines to the brakes and bags until I saw how there isn't even room for tweezers. the shocks were a big enough pain to mount. at any rate the rears are mounted and done.

There’s a lot of complexity to that rear suspension - never mind the plumbing - makes it hard to paint, too!  Always liked the ‘shop’ setting in your photographs.

been working on the chassis still and got the fuel tank, air tank and exhaust braces and brackets put on. need to mock up the engine so I can locate the mounts.

I got the front axle cut apart and put back together. it was then mounted along with the front shocks, linkage, and air cleaner bracket. I also found a cab guard that I will be using in the spares box. I think it is from the rog 359 kit. so far everything I have worked on will be painted dark green.
