Supernurd Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Starting with this kit, which in my opinion is a very good one with lots of possibilities. Gonna chop the top and keep it simple. 2
Supernurd Posted December 16, 2024 Author Posted December 16, 2024 (edited) Marking the cab. I chose to chop this one because its basically a 6 scale inch vertical drop. Easy peasy. In order to preserve the body lines the bottom half of the rear window will stay in place. Edited December 16, 2024 by Supernurd 3
GlueGloob Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 One of my favorite kits. Built many over the years. The possibility’s are endless. Although built long ago this is still one of my favorite in my collection. Look forward to watching yours progress. 5

Supernurd Posted December 16, 2024 Author Posted December 16, 2024 Adding material to restore the side profile of the front pillars. 3
Supernurd Posted December 16, 2024 Author Posted December 16, 2024 (edited) Cutting the windshield frame to fit the chopped opening. Now in real life the wiper would interfere with the shortened frame. But in modeling life it sort of looks cool in my opinion so it stays in there. 🙂 Edited December 16, 2024 by Supernurd 4
