I tried to buy one on Model Roundup but it kept kicking my email address back. I take that as a sign that I have too many things going.

I see them on eBay for $38 with $13 for shipping. I can wait to source one locally.

Yea, I’ve seen a few of the Plymouth AWB kits on there going for $40 plus dollars, plus shipping, when you can just go on Modelroundup and buy it for $34.

I was watching another on eBay, this time an auction. It was up to $112 as of yesterday morning.

My local hobby shop should have it eventually.

Edit: Still holding at $112.50. I bet that the high bidder sobers up and backs on it.

I have three of them, all pre-orders. The first one showed up Monday from Modelroundup, the other two came yesterday from Wes's Model Car Corner. Demand is greater than supply right now on these and supposedly a second run is being scheduled for early 2025.

It is a nice kit, the wrecker body and gear is nicely done, surprised there aren't tow dollies like most had but I am sure the aftermarket will offer them to those that want them. The wheels are carry overs from the ramp truck with two sets of front wheels -2wd and 4wd- and the tires are from the plow truck.

I saw the one on eBay for $112 and thought maybe the seller has a shill helping him run up the price or the highest bidder is willing to pay whatever and not shop around.

I will get started on mine this weekend as I begin a two week vacation and have set aside time to be at the bench.

I bought three immediately, because I got caught with my britches down with the service trucks and had to wait for everybody to restock. 🤣

I'll build at least one...

Topher … that rotisserie is really cool. I have never seen that before. Is it something that is currently available and would it open up to put a big truck frame  in? Watching your wrecker build with interest. …..

It's a circuit board holder. You might can put 2 together to be long enough.

Does it have the actual 1972 grill in the kit? Or the 1971 grill? That happened with the snowplow kit. I had to buy the '72 short bed for the correct parts, now I have a short bed '71. I don't really think we need another '71 .

Mine is due to show up on the 27th. I will likely dive right into it.

I have three projects I really want to get done. Then I’ll probably be doing the same real soon.

Working on the stance. I could go lower, but it wouldn't be believable
