I would absolutely love to get my hands on this kit! However, I could buy 4 kits for the price of this one right now, yikes!

This project was put on ice in May, as I ruined the clear windows at the final, third stage of masking and painting. ( it was the smoke & sun strip time ) I tried saving it but it was gone.. after all emotions were gone I opened the second kit I aquired purely for the clear glass. This one was a cheaper incomplete kit but it came with a full interior and exterior. This will allow for a possible secondary colour / concept to be executed. Madmax? Caged Pre runner? 

Possibilities are endless… but time isn’t so I simply started with following through with the interior I started for the main build. I will make masks on the plotter next.

I masked areas and shot some black, I flocked the rear, front, and found some material that both felt and looked convincing to make some mats out of. I also roller a net / mesh into some sort of blanket in the rear. All of this is barely visible once the kit is complete but it is satisfying looking back and knowing it’s there. I will dab a few more touch ups and details but I’m calling it done. Window masks and begin final assembly next.
