1990s GM Transporter

For about the last 3 1/2 weeks, I have been blowing through promos and models to make the ultimate 90s GM Transporter set.

Intitally, I was gonna do a 90s Ford Transporter, but there is very few 88-92 ford kits. Probe, T-Bird, F150 and maybe 2 others, that's it. I turned to General Motors and found TONS of 88-94 (decided to give a 2 year bounce) models and kits. Storms to S10s, Berettas to Beauvilles, Corvettes to C/K series, etc etc. I shall post every model of 1988 to 1994 GM model i have and finally on Feb 1st (hopefully) I'll be at Hope It Don't Snow Show in Rochester, MN, with the set there. I'll post the first model of these later, but here's most of the set currently.

I love this idea.

Now that I think about it, I'm almost surprised a Lumina APV was never issued in any form... seems like it would've been ripe for an early-mid 90's AMT dealer promo. Maybe not a full kit necessarily, but I'd buy one if there was.

Yeah, as much as they advertised these things, it is a wonder that a promo was never done..

Especially the Pontiac version..

There is a 3D model of a Trans Sport out there, but I can't print. If I could, I would have added it to the collection.
