WillyBilly Posted March 5 Posted March 5 This project started after I purchased a truck with a plow. The 1/1 truck is a 2000 K3500 RCLB with a 350, and 4.11 gears and limited slip. My wife's father had a very similar truck when I met her. She named it "The Big KB" After her father, Ken Butler. The 1/25 version started as the AMT 1992 c1500. I then purchased a long bed, cab and chassis from the AMT Monster truck, a headache rack from IceMan, fender flares from A Few Sprues Loose on ebay, wheels from Canuck3D, 5.7 350 TBI from a Revell Caprice, and a plow setup I am modifying to be removable from the Revell Plow truck kit. 7
mikemodeler Posted March 6 Posted March 6 That is looking quite nice, the color is great and you have the stance just right. 1
WillyBilly Posted March 6 Author Posted March 6 Getting there. I still have to finish the small details and finish the plow. 3
