As the title says, I've looked for a source for this hood for the AMT 1967 Mustang Fastback and can't find anything.  The kit comes with the standard flat hood. Anybody know of someone producing them?  Thanks

The F&F "Tokyo Drift" issue of AMT's 1967 Mustang included an optional (stock) hood with recessed bulges. I can't recall if it had turn signal indicators as well, though.

The Revell 68 Mustang GT has the recesses in the hood. Don't have the turn signals inscribed but that shouldn't be too hard a fix. Not sure how it compares to the AMT in size as all my AMT's are up in the attic right now.

Just checked and the Revell hood is slightly larger then the AMT. So you should be able to sand it down to fit.

While we are on the subject - which hobby kit has a FLAT hood for the '67 -'68 Fastback that would be reasonably available?

A close friend in the hobby can cast clear and I've had a jones to build the Autolite-1 Salt Flats Mustang for a long time now...

Any ideas or assitance would be most helpful!
