I'm not a pro with painting,  I follow everything I've ever read, learned and seen to the letter. I always prime, and before I prime I use comet to lightly scuff the body, and rinse very well. I've learned that paint is only as good as what's underneath it, prep is everything. Light coats. Plenty of time in between if it's a solvent type paint.

I'm not sure what happened, I did sand the primer and then washed it.

Maybe sprayed too soon after🤨

Could be too heavy with the coats,  laquers/enamels dry by solvent evaporation, recoat too soon and you reactivate the previous coat. Sometimes different brands don't play well with one another, even if they are similar "kinds" of products. Some paints are chemically "hotter" than others (more aggressive solvents) and some primers don't like that. Hopefully this helps you. Good luck, looking forward to your progress on this.

It will be mixed with a hint of Sparkle Silver.

Well, it was a great build until the mishap, now i hope the respray is successful!

I think that looks awesome. Do you plan on a clear coat? If so, that should really make it stand out, and give it more contrast if that's what you're concerned about.

yea I will QuickShine it , maybe one day I can spray acrylics without the texture.

This was my first craft paint-paintjob. I thinned way down, like water thin. 4-5 coats. I somehow managed a pretty good finish, but believe me there's a bit of texture and in this picture there's actually a repair to the paint, just behind the door below the window opening. That vette looks fantastic, and perfect paint is an art all in itself. I'm far from a professional myself with it.
