DREAMSCALE CONCEPTS Posted April 22 Posted April 22 I hope everyone had a blessed Easter! So Saturday is wash the truck day and I happen to find a 20 dollar bill under the seat, and it just so happened to be the last day of 40% off model kits at Hobby Lobby! took a ride over hoping they had some new kits because I have almost every one. Nothing actually caught my eye but I had to get something because it’s kind of a long ride over here. I can take or leave the late 50s Ford Thunderbird kids because I think they are kind of hard to customize, until now! So I purchased the AMT 57 T-BIRD kit only because it was a 3 in 1 kit and I can always use extra parts! Loll ! This is what I came up with! Thanks for viewing! 10

I am finally working on the engine for the 1957 T-bird. It is an Iceman collections twin turbo billet coyote ford engine. It still needs a bunch of detail! Thanks for viewing! 3

redscampi Posted May 9 Posted May 9 This looks really interesting. I have always had a love/hate relationship with T-birds in general. Could never decide if they were or were not a "chick" car. 😁 I like where this one is going.
dino246gt Posted May 9 Posted May 9 Looking good! I love the stance and the rims, not to mention the outrageous engine! Fine choice indeed!
Musclecarbuilder Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Dude you freakin' slammed that Thunder-chicken, I like it!
johnyrotten Posted May 11 Posted May 11 Beautiful color and wheel choice. Gonna be a real sharp ride when finished.
DREAMSCALE CONCEPTS Posted May 13 Author Posted May 13 After some minor shaving and cutting, this is the engine test fitting! 2
