i want to have round ends on a tubular member [repetitively & consistent]

incremental sizes from 1/16" to 3/8" in an ideal situation.

Airsoft bb's are the first thing that comes to mind. They have a few different "calibers", and different weights. Not sure what plastic they are made of.
