Thank you for the article on How-To make a Vacuum Former. I am ready to finally build the VF. I would appreciate knowing what thickness plastic and brand (Evergreen, Plastruct,......) you used for the Chevy fender. I also need to replicate some fenders and a hood. Appreciate your reply. Butyrate for windshields and styrene for body parts.

I usually stay with .015 thickness for all as a starting place. Thicker for more structure and thinner for more detail.
