Not Really a dealer, but an Awesome Information source.

Rocketfin hobbies does sell kits through Amazon. Click on a listed kit and it takes you to the item on their Amazon account/ store. I have never seen them do pre-orders.

That said, I have never purchased from them. But at least if they are on Amazon I would think they are legit. I have looked for kits on Amazon and seen their listings do come up.
